GiGi’s Kitchen Bread Pudding


1 package of GiGi’s Kitchen- Cinnamon Sugar Rolls

1/2 cup of raisins

3 tablespoon melted butter

2 eggs

1 c. evaporated milk

1/2 c white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

4-5 slices of peaches diced

1/4 cup brown sugar


Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cut GiGi's Kitchen- Cinnamon Sugar Rolls into 1 inch cubes. Place in 8x8 glass pan. Pour melted butter on top of Cinnamon Sugar Rolls and sprinkle raisins over Cinnamon Sugar Rolls. In a seperate bowl, whisk the eggs, then whisk in the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over the bread. Press the bread into the milk to make sure it's absorbed. Place the slices of peaches on top of the bread and sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Place in the oven for 35 - 40 minutes.


        Bourbon Vanilla Glaze Recipe


1 cup powdered sugar

8 ounces butter, melted

2 tablespoons bourbon

1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Directions: Mix powdered sugar, melted butter, bourbon, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle onto GiGi’s- Cinnamon Sugar Rolls & Enjoy
